First mini-goal hit! Under 200 pounds (and down 31 lbs) baby! Next mini-goal is 50 lbs lost, which would be a weigh-in of 179 lbs. I think I can do it. I still really miss the weeks where I lost 4-6 lbs for the whole week. :( But, a loss is a loss, so I'll take it. I did a little better this week with the diet soda, but man was it was a struggle. I've got to watch the Atkins treats though; they are SO addicting. Plus, for some reason I've been craving carbs even though I haven't had any in so long. I'm seeing results so I've gotta stay strong.
