I'm sub 165 this morning. I'm hanging out in the 167 - 164 range now. April was a terrible workout month! May was not much better. I have gotten off to a good start in June.
I'm loosing weight slowly because I am eating well for the most part. I'm still on a high fat diet, I eat a lot of nuts and 72% cacao dark chocolate, but the rest of my diet is decent.
