Still feeling really run down. Got the boys off to Comic Con n got to my doctor appointment and that was it today. Came home n ate after an 18hr fast. Probably the longest I've done so far. idk if it's cus I'm fighting something but was pretty hungry n then again at dinner, typically I notice on fasting days I eat less on a whole. Am new to it though .. Took all my vitamins n my MUSINEX n cough syrup and got back in bed. Today's been a loss but can't afford to push myself and make it worse. Not over calories just not in a deficit today I just felt like my body needed it. Maybe after it cools off I'll be able to lap the block.. we'll see.
