I was later diagnosed with anorexia nervosa, bulimia and orthorexia. all because of this reason to lose weight and for the sake of the numbers on the scales. At 55 kg I felt worse than usual. I was always cold, I felt weak, I couldn't afford to eat anything, I lost muscle mass even if I stayed in the gym for 2-3 hours every day. And in the night I cried from overwork and because of the restrictions that were only in my head.
➡️ I maintained this weight for half a year, until I understood that it is not what I want and that this is not a healthy life. I threw away the scales, I started to spend more time with my family, to eat normally and to enjoy life. And no, I didn't gain weight. I slowly added muscle mass. returning to the initial kg number. I feel much better and healthier.
That's why be careful, don't ruin your health and body just because that's the society's standards. Be you, do sports, eat healthy and don't forget to enjoy life
