Haven't been eating enough the past couple of days. I have been doing breakfast and skipping lunch then my salad for dinner. Just haven't been hungry, which could be from the bad headaches. I am still not so good today so I am not sure I will eat much today either. What I have been eating is still on plan just not enough.

I am rereading the book to see what I need to do to get back on the right path and what "tweaking" I need to do. This is but a minor speed bump on the new road I am on.

I hope you feel better soon. Maybe you can try making some good veggie snacks up(maybe celery with some cream cheese or something like that), and piece a little here and there. Not getting enough to eat may not be helping your headaches. I should reread my book also. I read it a long time ago. I should get a refresher! Good luck and feel better!

Be sure to drink enough too. But just try to snack all day if you don't want meals... maybe a slice of ham rolled up with cream cheese in it. Or some cucumbers to dip in blue cheese dressing. hardboiled eggs... Good luck hang in there! Jill
