Welcome back from the holidays!!

A week off on holiday with the family, leads to a happy belly full of yummy goods and produce. Well, mostly goods, not so much produce... the typical mint slice, the salami, the delicious rolls and Bouché chocolate.

I came back on the 1st of Feb, on which day I declared for Febfast!

For February, I have given up:

* Chocolate/processed sugar or sweets products - so no doughnuts or custard rolls or anything that resembles sugar

* Coke zero, or any other liquid other than water and herbal teas... By herbal, I mean camomile ;)

*No alcohol. Easy as I only drink on holidays. Annoying when I realise I want a glass of red with my marinara...

* No Facebook. Easier than I thought it'd be. Really finding a lot of moments though where I want to quickly mention something to someone or share something and then I wonder if I have their number to do so...


Well, here we go again! The battle for the 56kg to drop to 55kg - shall see how this no sweets and soft drink thing goes ;) - Trying not to go crazy on cheese and bread rolls :)
56 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 3,5 kg.    Sisa: 1,5 kg.    Diet diikuti: Buruk.

434 kkal Lemak: 11,23g | Prot: 57,07g | Karb: 31,00g.   Makan Pagi: Formula Health Green Boost, Macro Psyllium Husk, GNC Lo-Carb Delite, Tap Water. Makan Siang: Sweet Pickle Relish, Coles Corned Silverside (Lean Only), Broccolini, Snow or Sugar Snap Peas. Camilan/Lainnya: Babybel Mini Babybel Light, Apples. lagi...
