Ok so maybe three cookies for breakie is not a good place to start on my diet... a coffee with table cream anddddd a coke zero. It's almost humerous that I've decided to get back into this today. My husband wants to go to the gym tonight though, so if he's making an effort I'm getting on board. I know I'm under the 120.00 mark I'll go weigh in later on today @ my Uncles since my scale is not working... ha probably a good thing ;) I'd really like to make the 100 lb mark this year. I did a little stint by myself at the local gym and was really happy with the results about two months ago... but I need to stick with it. The yo yo must stop... I'm much happier when I start to geel in great shape - I don't understand the self sabatoge but I'm not going to let it get me down. Noone is perfect - and I am going to have some real expectations. I'm going hard at the gym too... if I have to go in the middle of beautiful summertime because I didn't do it all winter then I'm GOING HARD! Besides - I have 3 cookies to burn off hahaha... they were worth it.
