Dealing with a plateau. I'm wondering if I need to adjust the diet bars/shakes. I have gotten into that routine because of cost per bar (meal) to say a frozen dinner. Plus I can't walk 3 miles with the heat index over 100 degrees. I got 1.75 yesterday. I'm trying. I measure out my servings and try to drink more water. I need encouragement to get to my goal.
