Haven't had fast food in over a month and was out and about so we stopped to eat. I felt great immediately after eating it, but then as we drove home, I had a lot of mucus,sinus pressure, headache, throat was tight and a little hard to breath. I had quit eating gluten because of these symptoms but it doesn't seem to occur with the foods I cook at home. I'm feeling better now but will hopefully be smart enough to NOT eat fast food anymore unless its a salad.
