Back at it. I have been riding my bike to and from work (and using L.A. Metro)instead of driving (about 13.5 miles per day) since May 2nd. I missed a couple of days of riding due to rain, etc. but this week rode all five. I am also walking about 2 miles at lunch when my schedule permits. I hope to start C to 5K with my wife next week. If she backs out I will start anyway. I am really motivated this time. I plan to drop 60+ pounds this year, and hope to reach my ideal weight of 205lbs. I am using Cardiotrainer/Noom on my Droid to track my riding, walking and running.
