Well, todays number is grace!

I had too much pizza 2 slices and too many ice cream drumsticks and not enough protein or walking.

Today is a new day. Though I think realistically o won’t be truly back on track until Wednesday when the schedule is mine and the parties stop.
I really is hard to track a bite here and there.
96,5 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 0,5 kg.    Sisa: 12,6 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.
