So yesterday's food was much closer to what I'd like to be eating all the time. Minimal processed foods. I did notice some mental hunger pangs after dinner but managed largely to resist. I'm not sure how sustainable a diet like that might be, but I'll keep doing it and see how it goes.
101,4 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 1,6 kg.    Sisa: 31,1 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.
