Went to the EARLY Wednesday morning Circuit Training class today... 530- 615. I feel good... We did over 1000 jump rope reps, squats, push ups, forearm planks, upper body dumb bell reps and lots of other "fun" stuff... I dropped almost 2 pounds from my early morning weigh in... Crawling back to my goal weight after the holiday gains...
