O.M.G my boyfriend made some homemade crispy chicken strips in the airfryer & I made some yellow potatoes & green beans. A helpful hint to trick your mind/eyes/belly, use a smaller sized plate. The portion is smaller, yet filling. Scrumpdilly!

We found out harvest cheddar sun chips are only 120 cal for every 24 grams. Little bit of egg. Airfried the strips & lightly coated it with a sugar free mustard bbq sauce & Volià!

i like eating a lot. ive been doing omad for about a month and thats worked well for me. if i ate such a small meal i think id fall victim to cravings lol
