Hmm, looks like I messed up entering my actual weight yesterday so this looks like a gain, but whatever. the shorts I first put on this morning are droopy and need a belt. we're doing fine.

Swam yesterday, decided to do a "fast" set, all things being relative, and got 25 minutes in peak 2 in cardio and split the rest. Interesting, no real meaning except that I was working. 825 strokes, average heart rate 149, 10.4METs which I would have expected to be higher. I really wish we'd had all this info when I was younger. but everyone else would have, too, so it would all even out anyways.

blob says the ribs were delicious, I'm surprised muscle mass was lower as my delts are a little sore this morning. it's been a week, fixing the tire probably played into that as well.

going to call and see if I can start walking Hogan again. I'm worried we're all going to be affected by this sedentary phase. he's got a new harness and looks very handsome in it.
