Does anyone know what to search for to get the calories/serving size for Jello cake? Bake a white 9x13 cake, poke holes in it and pour Jell-O over it, refrigerate. Thanks.

will just put down 1/24th of cake and half a serving of Jello. That's close enuff...? That's 100 for the cake and 45ish for the Jello.

That sounds about right to me. Did you account for the added eggs/fats, etc? Does the box have an "as prepared" nutrient column?

Box? Erm. The recipe doesn't have nutritional information but I've been using it for years and know approximately how many calories in a serving. 4 egg whites don't have that many calories.
