I have started trying to follow my diet better the past week or so, and it has been really really hard. I work a lot of hours and I just simply can not find the time to prepare meals a head of time and I need to eat the mall food a lot! Ugg no wonder I feel so slow and sluggish! I am eating more veggies and fruits and trying to eat more lean meats. I am going to be the beach for my 30th birthday and though I will not ever wear a bikini, I would like to weigh at least 15lbs less that I do now. I hope that I can keep it up! I have got to lick this food thing and just be a healthy eater!
