Oh My Buddha! I made it, today I hit my goal weight of 125 lbs! I am so happy and proud and scared! I haven't stopped eating today! Twenty-two days on the Master Cleanse and today hitting goal weight I eat. It's a pattern to sabotage my achievements. Back on the wagon tomorrow. I still want to lose 5 more to allow for fluctuation. And now I have the tough part of toning. I am down two sizes and my trainer says I can probably lose two more sizes just from toning. So let the games begin!
