The 8th was a very big challenge for me, my kept craving for carbs and junk. I'm ashamed that I just stuffed myself with food in an effort to appease my body. To add to this I didn't even go to the gym as I had too much work.
I take full responsibility for my food decisions and will work to getting back on track today. I'm committed to my body transformation
