It feels like ages since I've lost weight, I'm happy to see that my work is showing results 🥳

9 out of the 23 days so far this month I've managed to eat at a deficit, so far this year the highest amount of days in one month I had eaten at a deficit was 6 so I'm very happy about this :)

I feel like I'm building up momentum now, not just with my weight but my overall life, I've applied for a job so that I can do something over this summer, I've gotten a gym trainer who I'll start work with next month and I've gotten my bus card that'll make bus travel free for me.

I've still got some stuff to do that I'll aim to have done in the next week or so, I've always wanted to learn an instrument, I'll try to learn driving theory and do the test, and I'd also like to talk to my GP about meeting with a counsellor/therapist because I want to improve my mental health as well 😁👍

Brilliant. Sounds like you're in a really good place 😀. Careful you don't pile on too many 'to dos', otherwise you'll end up doing a Buckaroo! ( like the kids game - not sure if you'll know what I'm talking about! 😆)

Hi Devon dumplin, I don't know that game but I think I get the gist of what you mean hahahaha. And I see your point about having too many to do's, I'm thinking I'll try to just do 2 or 3 a day because yea sometimes I feel overwhelmed, thank you!

Hi trytrytryagainagain, I actually haven't used the delete feature before so that's good to know thank you haha. So far I feel like I haven't had any trouble but I understand and appreciate the tips, I need to get rid of negativity in my life and replace it with positivity like keeping your and other amazing people's comments 😁👍

Hi Bearwood, thank you, I always feel like I look at the bigger picture and so it's sometimes hard for me to take those necessary small steps to get to where I want to be but I'm trying 😁
