did very well..im happy with this weight loss...atkins does work (tweaking it a little though) + exercising.. did not emotional eat at all..even when i really wanted too..

I loved Atkins - it really does work, but keep an eye on your blood pressure and cholesterol levels. After 6 months on it, everything was sky high.
