I figured out the Wii exercises. I set my calorie burn for the Wii on 310. Not a lot but we'll see how it goes. I was able to complete it on Tuesday. I'm not sure what day this will record as. Probably Wednesday. Tho I would like it to be on Tuesday. The Wii weighs me 8 pounds lighter than my scale. Don't I wish. But the official weight will be the scale. Boo!

I feel okay. I've had a headache since the afternoon on Monday. I don't know if it is caused by lack of caffeine or lack of sugar or something not related. It seems when I have had very little caffeine and then go off of it all together I get more of a headache than if I had been drinking all kinds of caffeine. I guess I just have to wait and see.

I'm still trying to figure out the best way to get in the exercise I would like.

I started on the liquid/full liquid program. Adding protein to sugar free pudding, sugar free jello and to my crystal light drinks. I haven't had cravings. I am not hungry. Flashes of chewing come to mind tho. Maybe that is a craving. LOL.

I have to concentrate more on getting water in. I count the crystal light and the green tea as water but it is not even close to enough. I have to focus more on that.

Feel different already. Hope I lose a little bit at least.

Maybe part of the headache is because I wasn't able to sleep. It seems like I wake up about every hour. It was really hard for me to go to sleep on Tuesday. I don't really know why.

Making positive changes. New Beginning is going well.
