I love it, I assume is tahini spread. Bad food combination and far too much insulin for me. Hope you enjoyed it. Great picture!

Freeze bread and toast it after, will be easier o digest. Is it tahini or peanut butter?
I would grind linseeds and make a paste using oat drink, less calories!
