Starting the new year with a new plan. I am going to be much better about what I eat and hold myself accountable. I bought two pound hand weights yesterday and will be starting to do lifts with them when I get home from work. The plan is to build up strength for a week or so at home then start walking during my lunch and breaks at work with the hand weights. I also want to make sure that I eat healthier - especially at work (no more mindless snacking!).
