My eating habits have been HORRIBLE!!! It's not that I'm eating unhealthy foods. I'm just not eating. I'm not trying to starve myself. First of all, that's impossible for me since I love food way too much. I think the problem is my evenings are so busy that by the time I get home I'm exhausted and go to bed. I have GOT to get that under control. I need meet my RDI on a daily basis, eat every 2 hours and incorporate more fruit and veggies in my diet.

I'm pretty sure this is why I'm tired all the time. I had class last night until 9, went home, took a shower and was in bed by 9:40 with NO dinner. Looks like I'm going to have create a daily meal plan, go to the grocery store and make this happen!!!

I was guilty of eating too little but on purpose... And barely lost... So yeah girl get on that... Or eat a bigger lunch maybe??

I'm going to have to figure something out. I felt better when I ate every 2 hours, ate balanced meals and met my RDI each day. I'm just lazy and need to get to the store ASAP!!!!

Lol lol... I feel u girl. I get so tired of cooking for me bc I have to measure and portion ... It's exhausting... I bought a bunch of lean cuisine type frozen dinners just for those days... Not ideal but at least u get food in u know?

I know EXACLTY what you mean!! LOL!!! I usually buy some and keep them at work. It's already measured out and just really convenient. When I began FatSecret, I made out daily meal plans and grocery lists. That lasted all of 5 days!!! It almost seemed like a big hassle. But in actuality, it takes 5 minutes to make a healthy lunch. I'm going to the store tonight!!! Well...I might!! LOL!!!

you are on the right track!!! You have so much on your plate--not food-- but work, kids, family, school. We measure lots of things out when we get them and put 1 serving in snack baggies or sandwich bags, always have lots of stuff to grab and eat quickly.

I need to do that. I think that extra planning will really be a big payoff!!!
