Had a weigh in at a routine checkup at the doctors yesterday. Don't know why I was surprised to find over the last 3-6 months I have put on all the weight I had previously lost, I'm only 2lbs of my original start weight. Well thats what restarting the diet and focusing on how my life is changing at the moment is all about. I can't really be surprised, thats what sat at a desk studying and not doing much else does to you. Ah well, best get back on the horse, at for good this time!

Within the next month my life will be taking a massive overhaul! I mean business this time... literally, Iv got to find a graduate job!
