Okay - so if I review my year it seems like overall I have stayed in the same weight range with a slight weight GAIN, not loss. In an effort to get serious I ordered a FitBit activity & sleep tracker which comes with a free moth of weight watchers. In the mean time I will track my calories again, as that did help me stay on track when I did it before, and try to eat healthy.
