No, but I've been doing really well after a 6 week zoom course with Elle Pickering, she explains how the body works and I've understood my diet and eating habits better and found it easy to do healthy food swaps. I've been thinking for a while that I should come back and say something about this, as I've found it so much better than counting calories - and I feel so much better due to eating healthier food.
