That looks good - and totally doable for me - I love to eat like that - easy - looks good - tastes nummy - low calorie. Win Win situation.

Saceylacey, I used pam olive oil spray to lightly coat my skillet and fried my turkey sausage (can used regular sausage if preferred). Once it was done, I added my peppered stir-fry and spinach. Season to taste. I used sea salt, garlic powder, and black pepper. Continued to cook until all veggies were wilted. It was yummy. 😋
