WEIGH IN LOOMS...

Two BIG meals this week - one last Saturday (I weigh in every Saturday morning) and one last night. The former was a homecooked Italian night with friends who opened some of the best wine to accompany. As a one off treat, given the weight loss I had had that morning, didnt bother me. However, last night was avoidable. It was a catch up with a friend that turned into a 3 course meal. I was particularly hungry after slogging round a golf course (I live in Scotland) in sleet/snow/rain/hail with 50mph winds! I should have just had a main but was being very greedy. Hugely disappoiting so new goal for this weeks loss is just 2.2 lbs. Hoping to be 216 on Saturday then 212 the following Saturday. Fingers crossed! Too scared to weigh myself before Saturday! Low cal day today plus some squash should help!
