I hit a plateau but I also haven't been doing the best at portion control on my beloved Andy's Hot Fries. I won't buy anymore for a while. I can't put 'em down. I ate 2 bags in a week. Then yesterday eating ice cream and hot dogs.
Today I intend to eat the dabs of leftovers in the fridge. Veggies and a dab hamburger helper.
Thank goodness it is the end of the week. Work has been annoying lately. There is unrest between 2 camps of folks. But I walked 3.02 miles after work, 1 mile to make up for not getting to walk Tuesday.
Hubs and I had a good night. We had supper then he suggested going to look at stuff for the new RV. We got a few things. I'm nervous but excited. We go sign paperwork tomorrow afternoon.
I had my moment of transparency with hubs and asked him to keep his smokeless tobacco in his truck and he said that he would. It is just something I care not to see. But at least he said he didn't have any cigarettes and was going to smokeless to wean off. My guess it might be a lingering wean off but that is far less nerve wracking to me; though none is without risk.
