Today I incorporated hand weights (3 lbs.) into my 45-minute walk. It was amazing. I could definitely feel it in my arms, shoulders and even my back.
I've also gotten back to drinkin 64 oz. of water. That's 2 days straight...thank GOD!! We're about to get a Weight Watchers site here at work and I'm thinking about joining. I'm actually pretty excited about it.
I'm back on track and it feels so good!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
