Good Afternoon Family,
I hope everyone is having a fabulous day! Well I weighed myself last night and to my surprise I was pretty happy! My body weight must be in the adjusting stage because 2 days ago - the scale showed I gained 3lbs, but as of yesterday I'm up .08 which could be water weight due to my little friend named cycle.

My goal is stay on track and not get frustrated about my weight loss - all I know is that it's going to happen because I'm keeping the faith and I'm working towards my goal!!! I see weight loss as nothing more than a challenge to make me PUSH to become a better ME!!! Well have a wonderful day and remain good to yourself because if you don't who will!!!
