So I just finished a new DVD and it really surprised me. I love step aerobics and I like to have fun when I work out...keeps me interested. I went to Amazon.com last week to check out some videos and I saw that Kim Kardashian's "Fit In Your Jeans By Friday" had pretty high ratings and good comments, so I took a chance. Let me tell you, it was really good. I was surprised. I had tons of fun and I worked up a good sweat and the best part was that my butt really hurt by the end from all of the stepping. It's about 35 mins and will be great to do on my cardio days...and I hate cardio, but this was cool stuff.

Unfortunately I don't have enough body mass in the back to get Kim's Tush, however if I were to come upon about 10 grand for a Brazilian Butt Lift, I might consider it...hehe

Kim K doesn't have enough body mass either....lol...You can get a nice booty though..lol..do some deadlifts and squats and you will get there. That workout sounds great!

Girl, I have done a million deadlifts and squats and all I see is a little lift underneath. I just missed the booty train on this one...I blame my Dad for having the "noassatall" disease and I blame my mom for choosing a man with bad DNA. They are paying for the booty lift to make it up to me one day.
