Got an early workout day today.. Shoulders and triceps for about an hour.. Workout was amazing and I feel refreshed.. Hit the precor for 30 minutes afterwards and have a pickup full court ball game in a couple hours which will last a couple hours :) Gonna be one hell of a day! Currently at the same weight as last week. Tomorrow will come my net weight loss for the first week of spike diet.
