Good Morning Family,
The last few weeks I went back to doing intervals (walk/run) and I feel great. I basically do intervals and I must say I'm not doing this alone. God himself is helping me all the way - my goal is to do 5 miles but sometimes due to time restraint I try to do no less than 3 miles. Hopefully, by next month I'll be doing more running than walking, but as the journey goes on and I continue to move forward - I'm really enjoying myself.
