I have my physical training test tomorrow. 2 mile run, push ups and sit ups and weigh in. I have been training for this day for months since I sprained my ankle in Dec. My heels and knees still hurt, but dang it I am still going to run and pass. I am nervous about the run because I have been running on the treadmill. I know I will pass but I still can't help but be nervous. The weigh in is always a downner, but I ahve lost 10 lbs since the last weigh in in Jan so I am alright there too. Wish me luck all. I will report back after the test. I gained a couple of pounds last week after Easter and have not goten them all off, but what can I say? I am dealing with and relosing the weight. Easter was good, and was active and I enjoyed it.
