I don't know whether to be happy that my fatness hasn't reflected with a gain on the scale, or sad that it probably means I'm losing muscle while gaining fat by not exercising & uncontrolably binge eating on garbage. I'm 10 pounds overweight but I look 40lbs overweight with my bulging stomach, protruding muffin top, unbelievably thick thighs, and my face is starting to frown from gravity pulling the extra fat. I'm taking a caribbean cruise in January, and as of this date, I won't fit my summer clothes I packed away, sadly not my white 'uniform shorts' either. DO SOMETHING KRISTY!!!
