WOOHOOO! I found another diet secret. I call this technique... "don't eat pizza and your weight will go down". It's super effective.
I've actually stuck to my diet 100% the last few days, which is rare for me. I usually sneak a few not-so-diet things in there because... well I can get away with it as long as my calories don't go too high. It is nice to lose faster when you're doing everything 100% though. Now where's that cookie.
Blarrr. I'm so sore... but not from my normal workouts.
I made the mistake of opening my big mouth yesterday... and it backfired big time. Argh. For those of you that don't know, I recently became a super karate nerd. True story. I'm studying Matsumura Seito Shorin Ryu under the All Okinawa Shorin Ryu Kenshin Kan Karate & Kobudo Federation. Say that 3 times fast.
Anyway, my Sensei went a little off script and asked me what I wanted to do instead of just doing what he had planned. I pretty much blanked and had to say something, so I said "kata". F*** me, I won't do that again. I had to do the same 3 kata over and over and over for two hours. Normally class is only an hour and a half, but we went way over this time. I never knew I could be so tired from trying to beat up the air. My feet have started to blister from doing the same movements over and over. I moved around like a 90 year old man this morning. It was definitely a learning experience, in more ways than one.
This is basically what I did for two hours... just WAY less coordinated because I am a noob.
