So I was pleased to see I was at 162. The weight seems to be coing off but it is really slowly. I guess that's good though. I try to be as active as I can be and I don't do between meal snacking as a rule. Today I was bad and I did. I didn't eat lunch b/c I was napping :) and so yeah then I snacked. Plus today I ate a piece of Razzleberry pie which I adore. I haven't had it for some time. I don't feel bad...I don't totally deprive myself and try hard to stick as closely as possible to my diet and I exercise regularly. :)
