Well, here I am again lol...recording in my journal so I can stay accountable!! Let's see if I can get my cravings under control again! It's a little over one year since I discovered the awesome Virgin Diet that CHANGED my life but this summer I have had trouble staying on it! I know I can do it though, so I'll just keep at it. Today I have 22 lbs to go to get to goal. I've lost 20 so it's doable, I JUST KNOW IT. :-)
