Day #8 - Busy day, but still managed to do my MRT workout, ate only heathy food choices (and stayed below my calories), and drank so much water! It’s cold in Texas today - too cold to go running, I was even drinking cups of warm water to keep me from freezing in the office all day. Hoping for a little loss on the scale tomorrow. 🤞🏻😊
