Better thanks Gary! 😊 Have been doing some strength exercises this week,?massively prefer that to cardio and always see more of a difference physically sooner. How about you?

Gym was packed tonight .. so couldn’t get to weights .. so 20 mins on cross trainer ( god that was hard ) 😅

Ahh well done you! Annoying when you can’t get on what you want, used to love the cross trainer it’s a good workout! Cancelled my gym membership last year whilst we were saving for a house so just doing home workouts atm. It’s all fine until the dog gets in the way 🤣 x
