I decided that I'm going to do the 30-Day Shred at night instead of the mornings. My body just won't get up before 6!!
I was up all night with my stupid allergies. UGH!!!!!!!! I hate this time of year!!!!!! I'm all stopped up, my eyes are itchy and watery and I just can't breathe.
The only plus is I don't have an appetite since I can't taste my food!!!
