thank you, But that is not really a drop , that is just the weekend weight that I have gained that i have dropped so far still have 500g to go for all the weekend weight , but I must focus and put some afford into losing weight to reach the ultimate goal of 55kgs.
but thank you for the positive feedback If i get that right my over all weight loss will be 27-30kgs
