Just so I don't forget and the system is having a hard time searching. I was volunteering at MS Walk this morning from 8 until 12noon. Lunch was premade so I didn't have much control on how it was made but I did try to choose wisely. I think I did ok. I sure was full. I am learning to listen to my stomach and my stomach has been much fuller lately. I eat because I am either bored or it's just time to eat. So anyway, here is what I had for lunch:
2 slices brown bread
1 tsp mustard
1 slice roast beef
1 piece of lettuce
4 slices cucumber
1 slice tomato
1 cup Lentil Soup
2 oatmeal cookies (very small)

Wow, this is perfect weather. It was so beautiful with sunshine all day until just now. I walk every where so for me it worked out well. Good for the gardens too.

I love lentil soup. I always feel so healthy when I eat it. I didn't get to walk this weekend I am glad you did.
