Day 1 of the 30-Day Shred!!

It was intense and my thighs already feel a little tight and sore. I had to stop several times because I thought I was gonna die!! LOL!! I just want to be able to complete this with no days missed. I have a bad habit of quitting after a few days. I want to see this through. I HAVE to see this through.

I'm done complaining about my weight. I love the determination I feel right now. Even though today is my free day, I still don't want to jeopardize my weight loss by eating junk. This app has been an amazing eye-opener for me. This weight-loss journey has just begun, but I'm ready to do it!

Even though it's 30 day shred, you don't have to do it for 30 days in a row. Doing it a few times a week will help make a difference. But it will make you leaner and stronger. You will be surprised how quickly you adapt and it gets easier as you go. I bought her new one "ripped in 30" and did the first level. I actually felt it was easy. So just keep at it and you will get there. Just remember our muscles retain water temporarily, so it can effect the scale in the short term.

Thanks, Suzi. It feels good knowing I'm actually putting action behind my weight loss plan!! After this dvd, I'm going to try the Insanity or P90X, but not immediately!! LOL!!! Baby steps for me!!
