I ma not going to record my weight till monday.Just going to watch what i eat for now on. And i have a little tip for you guys that helped me .
Eat before 12 , a little in afternoon and before 18,avoid eating afterwards.Avoid junk food,drink lots of water,drink juice,drink 1 cup of black coffee (no milk , no sugar) and drink a cup of clear green tea 1 hr after each meal
