My preworkout meal. 1/2 cup white rice, 3 ounces skinless chicken thigh meat, 1/2 cup spinach, 2 slices of toasted multi grain bread, grape jelly, tangerine, one boiled egg, & one egg white (discarded yolk). Gotta carb load. It’s leg day. Gross. Let’s GO!
