I picked up the 30-Day shred dvd and will begin it tomorrow morning. My goal is to do it ALL!!!!!! Everyone I've spoken with said, "You won't do it. You can't do it." Really? Watch me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Also, I drank 64 oz. of water 2 days in a row!! WOOHOO!!! That's some kind of a record for me!! LOL!!! I feel full longer and more often. I feel great!!!
